REGISTRATION DAY

All the key information you need during Haute Route Davos can be found in the on-event app but here are some important reminders and updates:

- Riders are welcome to collect their race pack at the event village (Parking lot, Kurgartenstrasse, 7270 Davos, Switzerland) from 2pm to 6pm on Thursday 22nd of September.

- Feel free to get your bike checked at the Mavic stand and check out the other partners in the village.

- The welcome briefing will take place at 7pm, followed by the Pasta Party at 8pm in the Morosani Schweizerhof, Promenade 50, 7270 Davos, Switzerland..

DOWNLOAD THE ON-EVENT APP

Follow the instructions below to download the on-event app. The Experience Package will provide you with event information and routes, alongside important updates such as start times, rider briefing, feed station locations and timed sections.

HOW TO GET THE APP

1. Download the Ride With GPS app from the App Store or Google Play on your phone.

2. Once the app is open, tap 'more'.

3. Tap 'Open Shortcut'

4. Enter the code: FYGEZ

5. Tap 'Download' to save the event Experience Package to your phone.

Don't forget to activate push notifications to receive the latest updates such as route changes, start times and video briefings.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

 For your own safety, it is mandatory to bring the following equipment with you to Davos :

• Hard-shell helmet.

• Long sleeve jacket for cold weather.

• Overshoes.

• Leg warmers.

• Full-finger gloves.

• Seat-post red light.

We will be checking the following equipment during registration day and the beginning of each stage.

PRE-EVENT RIDE

Get ready to conquer the Haute Route Davos with a pre-event ride.
Led by Haute Route ambassadors, this ride will help you warm-up and prepare ahead of the event, whilst also giving you the chance to meet some of the peloton you will be riding with.

Date: Thursday 22nd of September

Start: 4:00pm at the event village

End: 5:30pm

Distance: 25km I 460m+
