Haute Route Ventoux is just around the corner so it is time to start thinking about the final details - from packing your bags to registration day info and downloading the on-event app.

We understand that each cyclist standing on the start line next weekend will have faced their own challenges, adventures and journey to get there. WHAT TO PACK

It is time to get organised and prepare your kit! You can find a suggested list of items to take with you in the FAQ section below. Please note: You need to bring your own large towel for the post-stage massage.

REGISTRATION DAY

We are welcoming riders to register at the event village from 2pm on Thursday.

- You will firstly be asked to present a negative PCR/antigen test, carried out less than 72 hours beforehand OR a proof of vaccination of at least one dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine OR a medical certificate that states the rider has recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months.

- Once all of the above has been checked, you will receive a 'Good To Go' pass and can pick up your bib number etc.

TIME TO DOWNLOAD THE ON-EVENT APP

Follow the instructions below to download the on-event app. In partnership with Ride with GPS, the Experience Package will provide you with event information and routes, alongside important updates such as start times, video briefing publication, feed station locations and timed sections.

HOW TO GET THE APP

1. Download the Ride With GPS app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Once the app is open, tap 'more'.

3. Tap 'Open Shortcut'

4. Enter the code: R99RY

5. Tap 'Download' to save the event Experience Package to your phone.

Don't forget to activate push notifications to receive the latest updates such as route changes, start times and video briefings.

PRE-EVENT RIDE

Get ready to conquer the Haute Route Ventoux with a pre-event ride on September 30th
Led by Haute Route ambassadors, this ride will help you warm-up and prepare ahead of the event, while also giving you the chance to meet some of the peloton you will be riding with.

Start : 4:00pm in the Haute Route Village

End : 6:00pm in the Haute Route Village

Distance : 39km / 556m d+

Including coffee stop on the way
