RIDERS' DECLARATION
COVID-19 PLEDGE
Soon after you receive this newsletter, you will receive an email from our Participant Relations Team concerning a health declaration that you will need to sign before collecting your bib. In this health declaration, you will agree to follow both the government controls and Haute Route’s additional measures throughout the event.
INSIDE
STAGE TWO
"Emerging from the trees in the final kilometers, you can make out the summit high above, and are able to countdown the turns until you reach the finish line."
Get to know Stage Two before you take on the Giant of Provence next month.
While professional mechanics will be on hand to help out with any technical problems during the event, we highly recommend getting your bike serviced before you head to the Haute Route Ventoux. Make the most of your long weekend of incredible cycling by ensuring your bike is in top condition before you travel.
KITBRIX BACKPACK
AND LOGISTICS
Thanks to the partnership with KitBrix, you will receive a PoKit backpack at registration. The PoKit is an ultra-lightweight, packable day-bag that wraps neatly into a ball for your final transfer off the mountain. Created from double-lined weatherproof tech material and an easy wipe clean waterproof liner, the PoKit bag features multiple clips to fasten in two different ways when you’re riding.
For each stage, you will drop your backpack at the start line and pick it up after crossing the finish line.
RIDE FOR A GOOD CAUSE
WITH NOMAN
The NOMAN is an Island: Race to End HPV Campaign is the global charity partner of the Haute Route in 2020. NOMAN raises awareness about HPV - the causal agent of 5% of all cancers - and campaigns for universal vaccination, while challenging participants to extreme endurance events across the world. In 2020 a group of riders have signed up to join Team NOMAN for Haute Route Ventoux.
